Jeff grew up in the Toronto, Ontario, Canada area and in 2016 he completed his Master's degree at the renowned University of Waterloo (Link to MBET Program). During his Master's, Jeff was an innovation program analyst for TD Bank's Enterprise & Innovation Lab, where he and his team wrote and presented several innovation process improvements for TD, Canada's 2nd largest bank. Prior to this he worked as a business analyst for Canada's first privately installed wireless IoT network builder, Eleven-x, at Waterloo's Accelerator Centre. Here, Jeff researched and wrote industry analysis reports. After his very successful 14-year automation project management career took a turn during 2009's financial crisis, he returned to school for business skills upgrading and completed York University's Honours Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree, making it on the Dean's List in his 40's. Throughout his career, Jeff has inspired and led teams to push the boundaries of production innovation for finding alternative manufacturing methods and business operations efficiencies. Jeff has a keen business sense and is currently busy building up his business coaching practice at My Startup Coach Inc.
